On Saturday, September 20th took place the second edition of Rouge sur Blanc, the annual fundraising event of the Red Cross Young Leaders. The event, which was held at Grévin Montreal, has generated a total of $30,265 for the benefit of the Canadian Red Cross.

The evening, which showcased four regions of the world where the Red Cross is active: Northern Quebec, Haiti, the Philippines and Zambia - has confirmed young people’s interest to the humanitarian action in this organization. 200 young professionals attended the event in addition to the many wax personalities present in the ballroom of Grévin Montreal.

Our guests were treated to a great evening, thanks to our generous sponsors: Scotiabank, Stikeman Elliott and Valeant, as well as our many partners! For example, the caterer Miss Prêt-à-Manger has graciously offered a variety of delicious appetizers inspired by the four thematic regions, in a decor presented by Bravo Rental.

Money raised during the event will be paid into the general fund of the organization to enable it to intervene with victims of disaster when they need it most in times of emergency.

The members of the Reg Cross Young Leaders wish to thank all those who contributed to the success of Rouge sur Blanc. Nights like this allow the Red Cross to continue to achieve its daily action.
